Renting party supplies from our business is a convenient process. Start by browsing our extensive inventory of lawn games. Once you've selected the items you need for your event, add them to your cart and proceed to checkout. Specify the date of your event and delivery location, and we'll arrange for the items to be delivered to your doorstep or event venue. If you would prefer a DIY option, you can elect to pick up your rental items from Garden Gatherings and return them the day after your event.

Some normal wear and tear is expected. In the event that party rental items are damaged or stained during your event, please inform us as soon as possible. Our team will assess the extent of the damage or staining, and you may be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements. Your bond may cover the cost, at which point it will either be partially refunded or kept in full depending on the cost to fix damage or replace the item. We recommend reviewing our bond agreement under Delivery or DIY for specific terms and conditions related to damage and stains. We understand that accidents can happen, and we appreciate your timely reporting of any issues to help us ensure the quality of our rental items.

A 3-day rental period is included for all rental products. This is to account for a delivery/DIY collection day prior to your event, the day of your event (drop off/DIY collection can occur the day of the event if required, this does not impact the 3 day rental period), and a return day the day after your event. Items can be reserved for longer periods if required and this is automatically calculated when selecting your rental period. If selecting a rental period for longer than 3 days, please take delivery/DIY collection and return into account. Garden Gatherings will confirm your event date, required booking time, and your delivery/DIY collection and return dates with you upon booking.

You are welcome to extend your rental booking provided that your selected items have not been reserved by another customer. Please contact us to discuss the extension of your booking and any other costs that may be involved.

Your deposit will be processed within 3 business days of the return of your rental items. This is to account for time to ensure items are returned in working order and that there has been no damage to your rented items. Photos of your items will be taken prior to your collection/delivery to assess for damage and you are invited to review items with a team member prior to taking responsibility for them if you desire. Normal wear and tear is expected, however if an item is returned with significant damage or is no longer operable your deposit will be withheld either partially or in full to cover the cost of repairs or replacing the item.
